Full Bevel Capability, One-Shot Forming
Integrated 5-axis linkage bevel cutting supports ±45° Y/K/V complex bevels. The cut surface is smooth with no slag, ready for welding – eliminating post-process grinding and significantly shortening production cycles.
Semi-Automatic Loading/Unloading, One Operator
Standard semi-automatic loading system supports 6m, 9m, or 12m tube lengths for fast loading. The unloading end automatically receives and stacks finished tubes from 3 to 6 meters. One operator can easily manage multiple machines – reducing labor costs while avoiding the high investment and maintenance burden of fully automatic lines.
Stable and Reliable, Designed for Long Tubes
To address sagging and vibration during long tube cutting, the machine is equipped with a servo-assisted support system, ensuring stability during rotation and feeding of 6–12m tubes. Cutting accuracy remains consistent every time.
